  2. SPORT EVENTS IN DĘBNO MARATHON STREET RACING TRIATHLON

  3. PREPARATIONS FOR THE 40TH MARATHON • Preparations for the 40th Marathon in Dębno, 7th April 2013. A record number of athlets took part in this Marathon – 1390 participants.

  4. MARATHON • Start of the 40th Marathon in Dębno. Desto Morkama Beriso from Ethiopia won the 40th Dębno Marathon in 2:13:48. Polish Women’s Championship was won by Agnieszka Gortel-Maciuk, a representative of AKS Chorzów with a time of 2:40:03.The Champion of the Polish Police was Adam Thiel from Lębork.

  5. The 32nd Henryk Witkowski’s Street Racing • The 32nd Henryk Witkowski’s Street Racing for children and youth was held on the 6th of April 2013.

  6. WINNERS OF STREET RACING

  7. TRIATHLON Combination of swimming, running and cycling. Itis a disciplinewhichinrecentyearshasconqueredtheworld. Polish Triathlon Cup took place on 3rd of Junein Dębno thirteentimes.

  8. SPORT FACILITIES IN DĘBNO Atthearea of Dębno thereare many modern sportsobjects. Theresidentscanusesportshalls, pitches, tracks, tenniscourts, cycletracks and theskatepark.

  9. SPORTS FACILITIES • Set of courts near primany school No.3. There are: -football court -tennis court -basketball court -tables for table tennis -sandpit for long jump

  10. SPORTS FACILITIES • Set of courts near PrimanySchool No.1. A newlybuilttrack and fullyequippedcourt make impression. Itisusuallyused by students.

  11. SPORTS FACILITIES • ”Orlik” in Zachodnia street. The court near secondary school in Dębno is known as ”Orlik”. The court has got an artificial surface and is a perfect place to play.

  12. SPORTS FACILITIES • Thepitch near Dębno Culture Central. Itssizeislike a real football pitch. Sometimesyoungmembers of Dąb Dębno play matcheshere.

  13. HENRYK WITKOWSKI’S FOOTBALL PITCH • The stadium islocatedin Gorzowska 7 Street. Hereareplayedmatches of our team - Dąb Dębno, whichisactuallyin III BalticLeague. Theobjectisadminstrated by Centre of Sport and Recreationin Dębno.

  14. SPORTS HALL NEAR PRIMARY SCHOOL No.3. • The hall near Primary School No.3. In this hall P.E. lessons are organized.

  15. SPORTS HALL NEAR PRIMARY SCHOOL NO.1. • There are lessons of Phisical Education and some celebrations. The great advantage is that handicapted people can use this place.

  16. SPORTS ACTIVITIES ZUMBA VOLLEYBALL HANDBALL FLOORBALL FOOTBALL

  17. ZUMBA • Includes elements of dance and aerobics. • In Dębno zumba takes place in the gym of Primary School No.3. They are conducted by Karolina Jankowska on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8 p.m.

  18. VOLLEYBALL • Volleyball - team sport, inwhichtwoteams of six play. In thePrimarySchool No. 1 classesleadsMr.Wolski on Tuesdayat 14.20.

  19. HANDBALL • Handballis a team sport inwhichtwogroups of sevenplayers play. Thepurpose of thegameis to throw a ball to theopponent’sgoalusingonlyhands. AtPrimarySchool No.1 classesareconducted by Mr.Zięciak. Classesareheld on Tuesdaysat 5p.m.

  20. FLOORBALL • Itis a team sport whichisplayedwith a sticksendedwith a blend, so thatitiseasy to operate and shootatthe enemy goalwith a light, plastic ball. At Junior SecondarySchoolfloorballisconducted by Mr.Witkowski and Mr.Handke on Fridaysat 15.30.

  21. FOOTBALL • Team gameinwhichtwoteamscompete. To practisethis sport we need a football pitchwithtwogoals. Theaim of thegameis to scoremoregoalsthantheopponents. Atourschool football classesleadsMr. Benke on Mondaysat 5p.m.
