  2. Nam Et – Phou Louey NPA The Nam – Phou Louey NPA is one highest priority tiger conservation sites. Located in North Eastern part of Lao PDR. It is believed to be the last home for biggest population of tigers in the country and only confirmed source site in Indochina. Core Zone 3,000km2 CRITICAL ANALYSIS PRESENTATION

  3. Our campaign has protected the prey of the last tiger population in Laos by celebrating hunters who hunt wild animals legally and by promoting the reporting of poachers who threaten the food security of local communities. The Strategy in Nam Et – Phou Louey NPA CRITICAL ANALYSIS PRESENTATION

BR IC A K CR Barrier Removal Attitude Attitude Knowledge Conservation Result 75% Results General villagers reported illegal activities to Wildlife Crime Unit (WCU) and then WCU responds to reports proactively resulting in confiscations, fines and captivity. Critical Analysis This activity helped removing the barrier in changing behavior, if general villagers would like to change their behavior by reporting , but no one respond their report, they would not report again. Critical Analysis This is the actual behavior changes that we wanted general villagers to report illegal activities and government officials respond the reports which led the confiscations. Critical Analysis This actual threat reduction follow by behavior change amount target audiences, general villagers reported illegal activities, government officials, responded the report and enforced the regulation. Critical Analysis To measure the success of the some species might take several years especially tiger and its preys. So it would not be able to do it for one campaign period of time.
