  2. Location and duration • Dates; May 18-28 • Location: Harnack House, Max Planck Institute- Molecular Genomics, Berlin, Germany • Duration: 3 days – depending on financial resources (21,500 Euros from SB) • Number of participants; Max 60 persons

Costs at MPI-MG • 300 Euro per day incl. 2 coffee breaks For 3 days~ 900 Euro • Poster session – extra cost • Seating arrangement- theatre style 60 Euro additional charge for other seating arrangement • 37 single rooms @ 50 Euro/night • 27 doubles @ 80 Euro/night • 4 suites for 2 people @ 90 Euro per night • 1 suite for 3 people @ 100 Euro per night • Breakfast is 7.5 Euro/day • ADD VAT to all charges

  4. Costs of workshop • Direct costs per invited speaker – 350-400 Euro per person (?) including all meals and transportation • Flight tickets- 300- 800 Euro • Estimated expense per invited speaker: 700 – 1,200 Euro

  6. General information On the current budget: Number of oral presentations: 33 (37)- including 1 on the first evening Invited speakers: 8-9 (~9,000 Euro) can be extended to 12- 13 Students: 4-6 (4,000 Euro) Additional expenses (forecast): ~4,000- 5,000 Euro – advertisements??
