  1. Collegiality - are hallmarks of the academic community. -is characterized by shared responsibility.

  3. Supporting Library Patrons Library Staff-is generally the primary clientele for system offices. Most offices –also provide some support for library patrons or users even if it is indirect or minimal.

  5. System Staff members with reference experience have little difficult in transferring this kind of dedication to meeting the needs of people who need to first understand how to use the required tools to find the information they need.
