Proposal • All directorates asked • £4k/year for a day/week librarian • £2k top up from RDSU • Newly qualified librarians to be appointed working under auspices of Health Services Library staff

Starting • Telephone calls to CSMs and department managers • Publicity leaflets for circulation with Directorate briefings
