Timeline: • We are currently updating the printed reference materials on the website, including the indicator guide, complete export-import specifications, sampling instructions, and chart abstraction forms. • In June we will conduct additional training webinars as well as an in-person overview session. Details will be posted and emailed when available. • We anticipate an “official launch date,” when data entry can commence on June 10, 2014. • As in precious years, we will allow approximately 10 weeks for providers to enter and validate your data. • eHIVQUAL benchmark reports cannot be developed until all providers complete their submissions. We expect to produce the benchmark reports during early fall.
