  1. Tucker Ellis & West LLP’s Pipeline Diversity Program “Setting the Gold Standard”

  2. Cleveland Pipeline We partner with the John Hay H.S. Early College Program, providing 3Rs teachers, mock trial coaches, and summer internships.

  3. 3Rs at JHEC Through the 3Rs curriculum, we teach constitutional “rights, responsibilities and realities” and provides career counseling through monthly classroom visits.

  4. Mock Trial TEW Coached JHEC to two consecutive Cleveland Mock Trial Championships and this year JHEC was the only HS with two teams in the top 5.

  5. HS Internships We provide paid summer internships for two high school students.

  6. Los AngelesLeslie Criswell coordinates the LA pipeline partnership with Lincoln HS, which recently received the Pillar Partnership Spotlight Award

  9. Denver Pat Fennelly coordinates the Denver program, which includes Junior Achievement career counseling in a public Denver middle school and new student orientation at Arrupe Jesuit HS.

  10. San FranciscoJanice Hugener coordinates the SF program which contains two components: partnering with the Richmond HS Law Academy in its academic and mentoring curriculum, and participating in Junior Achievement’s Job Shadowing Program at SFUSD high schools that have law academies.

  11. Robert Tucker Scholarship We created and fund the Robert Tucker Scholarship at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law for a graduate of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.

  12. Spreading the Word Articles about TEW’s “Pipeline Program” work have appeared in the CMBA’s Journal, the FBA-NDOC’s Inter Alia, Cleveland-Marshall’s Law Notes and DRI’s The Voice. It has also been the subject of presentations to the LA County Bar Association Diversity Summit and the CMBA’s Managing Partner and Diversity Conferences.
