GOALS • To Fill an Unmet Need • Identify an overall strategic plan • Identify new, unfinished, or unfunded projects • Gather community input for projects of interest • Evaluate and prioritize projects based on overall feasibility, economic, and community benefit • Identify project financing options • Present and obtain Tribal Council approval for projects identified • Oversee and manage the development process
