  2. Exposition • Once upon a time, there was a little girl who lived in a village near the forest.  Whenever, she went out, the little girl wore a red riding cloak, so everyone in the village called her Little Red Riding Hood.

  3. Complications • Little Red Riding hood ventures out alone to her grandmother’s house. • On her way she encounters a wolf. • The wolf is very nice to her.

  4. Rising Action • Riding Hood tells the wolf she is going to her grandmother’s house. • The wolf sprints ahead on another route to grandma’s house.

  5. Climax • The wolf gobbles up poor grandma right before riding hood enters the house. • The wolf dresses up as grandma and jumps in her bed. • When Riding Hood arrives the wolf swallows her whole.

  6. Falling Action • The brave hunter arrives at grandma’s house. • The hunter cuts the wolf in two. • He saves both grandma and riding hood.

  7. Denouement • The hunter slices the wolf in to many pieces. • Grandma throws the pieces into a soup. • Riding hood and the hunter are treated to wolf soup. • Riding hood arrives home safe.
