Week 5 IT13 Past and PresentVerbs Game • This teacher led activity aims to help the children differentiate between past and present verbs. • The child’s task is to choose between two written verbs: in present (3rd person singular) or past tense, and to decide whether they are written in the ‘past’ or in the ‘present’. • The next two slides are answer sheets for each child to complete during the IT presentation, and should be printed, and distributed to the children before you start. • Children should complete each sentence with the correct verb and tick the appropriate column, ‘past’ or ‘present’, on their answer sheets prior to receiving feedback.
