Computer engineering/computer Science cont. • Computer Science is a discipline that uses logic, math, reasoning, and creative to solve problems. • Subfields include game development, artificial intelligence, web programming, networks, software and app development, bioinformatics • Electrical engineering involves designing, developing, building, testing electrical and electronic devices • Encompasses electronics, robotics, power transmission, computers, communications, and more! • Computer Engineering combines Computer Science and Electrical Engineering to develop both hardware and software • Make devices faster, smaller, cheaper, smarter, safer • Internet security, biomedical systems, digital forensics, power distribution
