What have you learnt? Over the duration of the semester we have learnt that the implementation of policy is how the Australian government addresses societal issues. We have considered how is policy is made, influencing factors and some of the inherent tensions faced by policy makers when designing policy. How policy impacts the population they were designed for has also been considered. Our knowledge on such topics has no doubt been enhanced and we now feel more confident to participate in discussions and debates as we encounter them. This last assessment for 1006HSV will further deepen your knowledge on policy development and invite you to continue to think deeply about significant social problems or issues. 1006HSV 2016
