Volunteer Staff • Coach Mentor Tutors (CMT’s) • Primarily active seniors • Work on-court with children • Weekly meeting
Expansion Plans • Expand existing tennis program • Add new programs using other sports • Raise funds • Recruit additional volunteers and program participants

Research Question Are InnerCity Tennis coach/mentor/tutors willing to actively participate in fundraising and recruitment efforts?
Methodology • Census survey method • Tested survey with four volunteers • Mailed final survey to all CMT’s (77) on InnerCity volunteer list
Conclusions • Small willingness to help recruit volunteers • Small willingness to help distribute literature • Strong majority willing to continue existing work on-court • Strong majority plan to continue as volunteers for at least one year
Recommend Personal Interviews with CMT’s • Explain plans and impact on volunteer • Determine which volunteers are willing to help fundraise and recruit • Get a current count of active volunteers
