Tecnicos no reconocidos como titulos universitarios en Europa. * Dificultad de competencias y atribucones en profesionales informaticos. * Gran frontera on otras ramas de Ingenieria. * Reconsideración de estructuras, contenido y nivel de estudios universitarios de informatica.
