Review of Consortium Structure • Advisory Board • Consists of One Designated Person from Each Member Company • Each TUHWALP Member has One Vote • Role of the Advisory Board (From LOA) • Decide Which Projects will Be on the Agenda for the Next Year • Determine If the Membership Fee will Change for The Next Year • Advisory Board, or Its Assigned Coordinating Team, may Also Meet With TU, in Person or by Teleconference, at Other Times to Coordinate the Activities of TUWHALP
Review of Consortium Structure … • Propose Two Sub-committees to Follow and Help the Activities of TUHWALP • Technical Support Committee • Technology Transfer Committee • Each Committee Shall Have • At Least Three Members Elected by Membership; One of Which Must be TU Representative • Chair Elected by Committee Members to Serve for One Year
Review of Consortium Structure … • Role of ALRDC • ALRDC has Non-voting Supporting Role with Separate Terms Outlined in a Letter of Agreement • ALDRC will have Access to the Deliverables but not be Able to Pass Them onto Any Other Entity • In-kind Membership Possible if the Contribution of a Company is Deemed Equivalent to Membership Fees by TU • Other Member Company Involvement • Suggestions Towards Improvement of TUHWALP Activities are Always Welcome • Representatives from Members can Participate in Project Activities at Any Time
Financial Status • Currently, TUHWALP has $500,000/year Income • With the Additional Two Members, This is Expected to Be $600,000/Year • $400,000/Year Short From the Original Budget • Realistic Goal for 2012 is 15 Members With a Yearly Budget of $750,000

Project Priorities and New Projects • Project-4 Needs to Be Considered in Light of Importance of Liquid Rich Plays • Emphasis can Increase Membership Significantly
Deliverable Rollout Plan • As the Deliverables Become Available They will be Made Provided to Membership • Primary Medium for Deliverables will be the Consortium Web Site • Website will have Public and Restricted Access Sections • Deliverables will be in Various Forms • Advisory Board Meeting Reports • Student Thesis and Dissertations • Experimental and Field Data in Electronic Format • Software • Other Pertinent Reports
