Here are a few tips to wake up rejuvenated every morning and pave your way towards daylong success: Reserve enough time for sleep Sleep patterns directly affect your physical and mental health. Lack of good sleep can take a serious toll on your daytime energy, productivity, emotional stability and even your memory. Yet many of us take it lightly and compromise on our daily required amount of sleep. If you want to wake up refreshed, you must ensure at least 6-8 hours of quality sleep based on your health and age. While healthy people can manage with 6 hours of continuous sleep, children, aged and sick people need at least 8 hours to remain active during daytime.
