“3 steps” local action plan 1st step presentation • 1. “Buying my house” - Objective: knowledge of the Concerto measures, interest for high performance buildings, RUE and RES - Methodology: questionnaires to sales agents - Conclusions: (private housing) • Concerto programme : not really understood • Sustainable development/protection of environment = “fashion” • People not really interested in energy saving measure • Interests: operation of urban renewal, closed to the city center, green spaces…
“3 steps” local action plan 2nd step presentation 2. “Preparing my arrival” - Objective:to help the inhabitants “to take possession” of their house - Methodology: “Welcome and orientation booklet” : advices and Concerto information questionnaires to future inhabitants
“3 steps” local action plan 2nd step presentation • 2. “Preparing my arrival” - Questionnaires for the future inhabitants - to give the questionnaire during the Welcome sessions for inhabitants (organized by SPLA Lyon Confluence) • Welcome sessions will be probably held during the week-end (on Saturdays) Description of this Welcome Session (content) : • Presentation of the whole Confluence project • Presentation of climate change, efficient buildings… • Presentation of the “Welcome and orientation booklet” • Diffusion of a questionnaire (see following slides): • 1 page to fulfil (1 recto) • To ask for the e-mail (voluntary approach)
Following-up methodology to go further with future inhabitants ? Under discussion (still) amongst partners Next steps (after the 1st questionnaire) : • To send 1 bigger questionnaire (2-3 months after the installation in the apartment) • Or: to send 2-3 questionnaires with different themes to follow the inhabitants during 1 year (or less) • Objectives: • To make a comparison possible with the questionnaire of step 3 • To include some ConcertoPlus indicators • To compare with Enertech data (monitoring): at least Enertech will not pass a questionnaire has he did in the past
“3 steps” local action plan 3rd step presentation (later) 3. “Living in my house” • - Objective: to understand the evolution of the inhabitants about their perception of the programme and to rectify the non-technical factors which lead to drifts, as a non-controlled use of energy (monitoring) • - Who: inhabitants • - Methodology: interviews and/or questionnaires • - « environmental habits » • - attitude before and after living in a Concerto area
Grand Lyon budget: about 30 000 euro (minus translation costs of the PSG) • Training sessions with inhabitants • To be in contact with social housing inhabitants • To follow up the inhabitants (interrogations, help…): by which means? Methodologies ? To set up a Website ? By Phone? To employ someone in the Maison de la Confluence?
