GCSE Catering GCSE Hospitality Unit 3: Planning and running an event where you cater for at least 10 people in a team Unit 4: 1 ¼ hour exam • Unit 1: 2 controlled assessment projects where you make a meal e.g. Serving a buffet for a group of parents based on dairy foods • Unit 2 1 ¼ hour exam
