  2. Identifies Dilemma • Goatse Security惡意入侵AT&T公司的網站，藉此得到該網站與iPad行動網路的識別碼，而這些識別碼又可以提供Goatse Security資訊去找到使用者的e-mail address，AT&T公司認為這樣是一個惡意的舉動，影響了AT&T公司的顧客群 • 沒經過使用者同意竊取資料，觸犯了安全隱私

  3. Identifies Dilemma • CNET的分析師卻認為Goatse Security這樣的行為是一件好事，因為就像安全研究人員為了要使vendors提供真實的資料，經常會透過管道取得資料，如果不這樣做，修補安全漏洞的時間就會變長，在這段期間，又有可能被惡意入侵的駭客竊取資料、散播病毒感染電腦以及攻擊系統 • 如果不先取得資料，可能會造成更大的損失
