Team Assignment Confirmation • All team assignment have been confirmed with the exception of Teams 9, 10, and 11 • Team 9 assignment: Information Systems Budget, summary, & reference due 11/12/09 • Team 10 assignment: Maintenance and Future Improvement, summary & reference due 11/12/09 • Team 11 assignment: Assessment of IS in Managerial Decision Making, summary & reference due 11/12/09 • Team 11 assignment: Conclusion, summary & reference due 11/13/09

  4. Assignment Summary & Reference Submission • All assignment summaries & references are due at the time the assignment is posted • Summaries are to be posted in the “Executive Summary” section & references are to be posted in the “Reference” section of the wiki workspace • Please identify your summary & references by posting your team number and assignment name above the summary & reference and update your summary & reference if any modification occur to your assignment

  5. Team Review & Feedback Agreement • All team members are expected to review all team assignment • All team members are expected to provide substantial feedback for all team assignments if deemed necessary (Please submit an approval comment if no modifications are recommended) Remember, this assignment is a conference activity.

  6. Team Modification Schedule • Teams 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 should have all modifications completed no later than 12 midnight on Friday, 11/13/09 • Teams 9, 10, and 11 should have all modification completed by 3pm on Saturday, 11/14/09 Note: All modifications completions are based on team members timely feedback. In order to successfully complete this project on time…all team members need to be diligent in providing substantial feedback ASAP!

  7. Consolidation of Work into Master Document • The consolidation of all documents into a master document is scheduled to begin on Saturday, 11/14/09 at 4pm. • All modification are expected to be completed by 3pm on Saturday, 11/14/09 • The posting of the master document will be available on Sunday, 11/15/09 at 8am

  8. Final Review Options • An avenue for posting/distributing the master document for final review & modification are still under discussion. Suggestions • Google Docs is one resource we could use for reviewing & modifying the master document • Another option is to have each team send out an email with modifications to the master document Note:This will require a lot of collaboration and work to go through 11 different emails and consolidate those modification into the master document.

  9. Submission of Final Document • All team members are expected to complete their review by 5pm on 11/15/09 • The submission of the final document (document will be put into APA format and convert it into a PDF file) is scheduled for 9pm on Sunday, 11/15/09 • Note: all class mates are welcome and encouraged to review and suggest minor modifications to the document before 5pm on 11/15/09. This is a team project and all inputs are vital to the success of the project.

  10. Final Reminder • All assignments must include a summary and reference information (Please be sure to update summary and reference based on modifications) • Karen Brooks will do the executive summary on Saturday, 11/14/09 • Nichelle de Leon & Karen Brooks will consolidate documents into a master document.

  11. Final Reminder cont. • Once the document has been consolidated into one master document, Nichelle or Karen will post it for review and minor modification purposes (the resource for this task is still under discussion) • The professor has designated 11/15/09 as the due date for submitting the final IISMP document for grading

  12. Final Reminder cont. • It is imperative that all assignments be completed, modified, and collaborated into the final document on 11/14/09 • On the Final Review Date, there should be no major modifications made to the document unless those changes have been deemed necessary
