  2. Objective: • Review ECAP • Review career field/cluster • Analyze current plans as related to graduation and post secondary plans as related to career goals.

  3. Career Field Discussion • Join the group with your Career Field • Environmental and Agriculture Systems • Communication and Information Systems • Industrial, Manufacturing, and Engineering Systems • Health Services • Human Services and Resources • Business, Marketing and Management

  4. Group Activity • Take about five minutes and compare your ECAP with others in your group. • You especially need to look at elective classes within your career field.

  5. Have you met these requirements?

  6. Update and Review ECAP • Compare current freshman schedule with freshman year on the ECAP. • Review Core courses (graduation/college requirements) for all four years. • Review elective courses based on post secondary plans and career pathway suggested electives. • Note changes on your ECAP in pencil. Take this home, review with your parents/guardians, and obtain their signature. • You will have an opportunity to meet with your guidance counselor to review the ECAP individually.

  7. And Finally….. • Did you gain some insight from your group members? • Name one class within your ECAP that will help you in your career field.
