The cars with 97kw are revised to 110kw and will add to CATEGORY A. The vehicle growth rate is 0% for CATEGORY A, B, and D. For CATEGORY C, it will remain at 0.25%. The COE for the new taxi registration is revised, and the addition of 649 in number is to CATEGORY E. In the Early Turnover Scheme from Jan to Mar2022, 1712 vehicles were registered. The announcement for the next bidding is on July 2022, from August 2022 to October 2022.
