Kirjoittajakutsu (call for papers) • Tiedekonferenssit toimivat Internetin palveluiden välityksellä: sähköpostilla mainostetaan tapahtumaa ja kotisivun kautta voi lähettää abstraktin/ehdotelman arvioitavaksi. • Arvioitsijat saavat ehdotelman luettavakseen sähköisessä muodossa ja antavat palautteen sähköisen lomakkeen välityksellä. • Yleensä arvioitsijoita on kaksi. • Esitys hyväksytään jos heidän keskiarvonsa on yli 60-70 pistettä (100 on maksimi). • Jos arvioitsijoiden mielipiteet poikkeavat suuresti toisistaan, kutsutaan kolmas arvioitsija. petri.nokelainen@uta.fi

Kirjoittajakutsu (call for papers) • Kirjoittajakutsu kertoo milloin on takaraja esitysten lähettämiselle (dead line, DL) ja mitä julkaisumuotoja on tarjolla. • Joskus esitysten viimeistä jättöpäivää jatketaan muutamalla viikolla, ilmoitus tulee konferenssin sivuille yleensä 1-2 päivää ennen virallisen jättöpäivämäärän umpeutumista. petri.nokelainen@uta.fi
