CDM Training • Receive introduction of of tools • If the success of the tool/procedure depends on training, it is important for leads to communicate with the CDM training subcommittee. • Leads need to inform CDM training subcommittee training needs in advance: 90 days • Leads need to articulate the new functionality, schedule, who needs to be trained, specifics training needs depending on user group, etc. • Given inputs from leads, CDM training subcommittee will determine the training method. Develop training materials collaboratively. • Determination of priority • Training importance/priority of specific tool/procedure must be provided by the CDM leadership.

  4. CDM Training • Next Significant Training Efforts – ETMS 7.6 • Expected deployment date: Mid April, 2003 • December 13, 2002 – deadline • Develop training materials specific to users (inc.   5. System Thinking Training • Plan to deliver System Stakeholders Development Forum at more AOCs. Sites to be determined. • Share systems thinking philosophy and collaboration/consensus decision making processes with FAA field facilities and AOC staff.
