PREVIEW - Sixth Framework Programme PREVention Information and Early Warning WP4340 “Very Short-Range Flash Flood Laboratory” Leader: MeteoFrance Start date of the project: APRIL 1st 2005 Duration: 45 months Partners: MeteoFrance (F), ARPA Piemonte (I), LTHE Grenoble (F), MeteoSwiss (CH), NOA (GR), NOVELTIS (F) Overall objective: The overall purpose of WP4340 is to improve the very short-range forecast of Mediterranean flash-floods over medium basins, based on the next generation European high-resolution NWP models.
