2. RosterPro Login Registrar must login at oksoccer.com\rosterpro\ to access system. If you do not have a password for your club, please email t.frederick@oksoccer.com.

3. Goto Team Staff Administration.

4. Enter first and last name and email address. Click “Save and add more” to continue or “Save and exit” when complete.

5. Click “RM Email All” box. Then click “Send RM Emails”, which will send email with link and password to volunteer to enter all information.

6. Once the volunteer has entered their information into the system, it can be uploaded directly to Choicepoint for their background check to be completed. After the background check is completed, I will go into the system and approve them through the Risk Management Program. Only after a coach/manager has been approved, can they be added to a roster. Other volunteers within the organization will not be added to rosters such as concession workers, field maintenance, etc.
