  2. Ingredientes: 1 hoja de masa quebrada150 gr de jamón york200 gr de nata líquida (1 brick)sal200 gr de queso emmental3 huevospimientanuez moscada

  3. Preparación -En primer lugar, calentar el horno a 220º.

  4. En Segundo lugar, extender la masa quebrada y forrar un molde de aproximadamente 20 cm y hacerle agujeros a la masa para que no tenga burbujas.

  5. En tercer lugar, en un bol se mezclan los huevos, jamón dulce cortado a trocitos, el queso emmental rallado y nata liquida. Salpimentar y verter la mezcla en el molde.

  6. Por ultimo, calentar la tarta en el horno aproximadamente 20 minutos o hasta que la tarta este dorada. Dejar enfriar y servir.
