Documentation, Invoicing & Payment Process • Exhibitors should give the details of the projects including project approvals, stage of construction, payment plan, etc. being showcased in the exhibitions, which needs to be submitted to the local authorities • The payment should be against the invoice amount, without any tax deduction as MSRE has no base in India and there is no taxation policy in UAE. In turn MSRE will be complied to all taxation rules of South Africa for organizing the exhibition. • Participation needs to be confirmed by making 100% payment upfront against invoice.
