3. Thinking about the efficiency of the process and paying customers getting what they paid for, we are looking for instructors to divide classes up into ability levels as quickly as possible so classes can start more on time giving more instruction time and less shuffling of students.

4. Objective • This year we will have instructors evaluate the students ski/snowboard ability level by asking questions before the class begins. • Our accurate placement will be at 90% over 5 lessons. • We will have sales staff assist us in the objective as well, they will also watch each of the ski and snowboard training videos for answering/asking questions to place student in the correct class placement. • Example: 6 students per day X 5 days = 30 students Only 3 students change classes in a 5 day period = 90%

5. Skiing Level SignsEach sign will be green, blue or black and a number 1-9 on it. • Level 1: First Time • Level 2: Can Make a Wedge and Stop on Beginner Terrain • Level 3: Can Stop and Make Wedge Turn on Easy Green Terrain • Level 4: Beginning to Make Parallel Turns on all Green Terrain

Skiing Level SignsEach sign will be green, blue or black and a number 1-9 on it. • Level 5: Consistently Making Parallel Turns on All Green and Easy Blue Terrain • Level 6: Exploring Parallel Turn Shapes on All Blue Terrain • Level 7: Consistently Making Parallel Turns on All Blue and Easy Black Terrain • Level 8: Confidently Skiing Black Diamond Terrain • Level 9: All Conditions, All Terrain
