Q&A: Will High Gain Antenna Fix All Problems? • 1. Not only gain, but also impedance and VSWR. • 2. Environment: • Finding the best place for the best signal inside a building is better than using a high-gain antenna. • E.g., concrete walls will decrease the signal. • 3. An antenna will improve the receive sensitivity • It will not change the emitpower of a cellular product. • 4. High-gain antennas are of no use if there is no signal.
