Fats • Helps devolvement of children • Helps absorb vitamins • Energizes body etc. • 3 types • Saturated; in animal products ex. Butter, meats, milk also in coconut and palm oil etc. • Unsaturated; in plants and fish ex. Olive oil, peanut oil, albacore tuna salmon etc. • Trans; unhealthy, found in margarine, baked and fries goods.
