  1. Oral Proficiency Test Proficient Level German (rating to Intermediate Low) This test was created and disseminated by the Hampton Township School District World Language Department 2011-2012

  2. Record your responses using the sound recorder on the computer. • Be sure to make a test recording before you begin the oral proficiency exam. • Follow the instructions on the next three slides for the device you are using. • Be sure you have a microphone headset or ear buds.

  4. Check sound: Put on your microphone headset. Press On button, count out loud to 5, press Off,press rewind, press Play and listen to your recording. Can you hear yourself? Is your voice clear? If there is a problem notify your teacher. Rewind. Test Prep: Sound Recorder Be sure to SAVE as directed by your teacher Play On/ Pause To Save Off Rewind

  5. Put on your headset/earbuds. • Press the Recordbutton • Count out loud 1-5. Be sure tospeak clearly and directly into the microphone • Press the Rewind button, then the Stop button • Press the Playbutton--Can you hear yourself? Is your voice clear? • If there is a problem, please notify your teacher. Test PREP (IPods):
