  3. Who are we ? • agence d’évaluation de service public • Agence indépendante • bref historique: • 1998-2002 : CReF • 2002-2008 : AEQES 1 • 2008-aujourd’hui : AEQES 2 évaluation ENQA en 2011

  4. What do we do ? • Evaluatie universitaire opleidingen + • Verantwoording + verbetering • 3-ledig systeem • Zelfevaluatie door opleiding (instelling) • Visitatie door evaluatieorgaan (VLIR-QAU) • Accreditatie door accreditatieorgaan (NVAO) • 8 jaar • Najaar 2012: beperkte opleidingsevaluatie

  5. What do we do ? • pratique une évaluation formative • rend compte de la qualité de l'enseignement supérieur (U + HE + ESA + EPS) • champ : programmes de 1er et 2ème cycle • méthodologie : 3 phases • Autoévaluation • Evaluation externe • Suivi • périodicité décennale (réflexion en cours)

  6. How are we funded ? • financiering door de te visiteren opleiding • Externe projecten • Personeelsbezetting: • 1 coördinator • 8 stafmedewerkers • 2 administratief medewerkers

  7. How are we funded ? Ressources matérielles : • Dotation annuelle CF (environ 700.000 €) évaluation externe prise en charge par l’Agence Ressources humaines : • 1 directrice • 4 (5) chargés de projet • 1 assistant

What do we want ? • bewaken van de onafhankelijkheid, de transparantie en de gelijkvormige uitvoering van het hele proces; • erkennen en respecteren van de eigenheid en het stimuleren van de betrokkenheid van de te visiteren opleidingen; • garanderen van de aandacht voor zowel de verantwoordings- als de verbeterfunctie van het visitatieproces. • Via de visitatierapporten • de buitenwereld objectief informeren over de kwaliteit van de gevisiteerde opleidingen • constructieve handvatten bieden voor de kwaliteitsverbetering binnen de opleidingen • de inhoudelijke basis vormen voor het toekennen van formele accreditaties.
