  2. Functions Oxygen is inhaled so the blood can carry it to some parts to your body, and carbon dioxide, a waste product, is breathed out as gas exchange.

  3. Major Organs nose, pharynx, epiglottis, larynx, trachea, bronchi and lungs.

  4. Interacts With Both the endocrine and respiratory systems are dependent on each because there are certain hormones like adrenalin, which is released by the adrenal glands, which help to stimulate the respiratory activity. Also, some endocrine hormones have an effect on the dilation of the alveoli, or the respiratory passages. This can affect the amount of oxygen that the lungs absorb.

  5. What does the Respiratory system do? Thereparatory system is a system in the body that takes in oxygenand replaces it with carbon dioxide when you breathe.
