Email based skills • appropriate subject line when composing messages • body message text when sending, • forwarding and replying to messages, • appropriateness of body text • including multiple recipients, i.e.: • Carbon Copy (cc) • Blind Carbon Copy (bcc) • Attachments • email signatures • auto response messages • folders to store messages
SUITABLE SUBJECT LINES • The report they sent has spelling errors and you are returning it for a re draft • The picture they sent is pixelated, can they re send it • You want to meet the staff at break to discuss the current order 23ab • Mavis has just had a baby boy, you are organising a gift.
