  3. What were the mechanics of change/collaboration and how is it ongoing? • Strong leadership team at EUPISD and at locals • Willingness to work together • Lack of “territorialism” • History of regional initiatives

  4. What was the change in systemic thinking? • Thinking regionally • Confidence that our own solutions were moving us in the right direction • Funding limitations • Need for efficiency

What change has occurred in your professional practice? • How can we get the work done most efficiently and with the least impact on quality of service to students? • How can we use data and technology to support our needs and decision making? • How can I help my neighbors and how can they help me?

What are the benefits of your collaborations? • Regional curriculum, common assessments, and PD • Technology consortium • Business services consortium • Collaborative special education programming • Ongoing work groups (superintendents, principals, counselors, CRTs, SCHOOL BOARDS) • Streamlining work for all so focus can remain on teaching and learning
