INTRODUCCIÓN • La alta dirección en las empresas está formada por las personas que ocupan los puestos de mayor jerarquía como son: Presidente, Gerente General y los Directores de las distintas áreas. • La alta dirección forma parte del comité de Dirección o comité de ejecutivos, el cual tiene como función, marcar las líneas estratégicas para el logro de los objetivos en las empresas. • Algunas empresas presentan problemas principalmente de tipo administrativo además de fiscal, jurídico, político y en sistemas de información y son tratados de diferente manera dependiendo de las habilidades de sus directivos.

En esta investigación se plantean algunos problemas que presentan las empresas establecidas en Tabasco y que ocasiona que la inversión por parte de la iniciativa privada en el Estado no sea tan acelerada como se requiere. • Se presenta un ejemplo de una empresa pequeña de tipo familiar de Tabasco, pero que se puede observar como a través del tiempo han logrado mantenerse como líderes en el mercado.

DEFINIR EL OBJETO DE ALTA DIRECCION EMPRESARIAL EN EL ESTADO DE TABASCO, RETOS Y OPORTUNIDADES: • Concepto de Alta Dirección: • Se considera Alta Dirección a los directivos con cargo más alto en una organización; el Presidente, el Gerente General y los Directores de las distintas áreas. • Los Directores son los responsables de las distintas áreas que conforman una empresa: Recursos Humanos Marketing Finanzas Sistemas
