  2. 802.16m Closing Report-San Diego • Plan for the week: • Resolve all comments on SRD and EMD • Completed – SRD Database; 802.16m-09/0001r2; New SRD – 801.6m-07/002r7 • Completed– EMD Database; 802.16m-0003r2; New EMD – 802.16m-08/004r5 • Resolve all comments on SDD (primary focus) • Completed - ALL Comments Resolved – New Database; 802.16m-09/0002r3; New SDD – 802.16m-08/003r7 • Review Rapporteur Group Outputs, resolve comments, if any, and adopt draft SDD text • Relay RG met and resolved comments and proposed draft SDD text; TG modified draft and accepted it • Femto RG met and resolved comments and proposed draft SDD text; TG accepted text into SDD • Attempt to complete SDD and vote on document acceptance (possible need to exclude one or more sections) • Partial Completion - Voted to baseline the newly issued SDD (75% to change) excluding sections 15, 17, 19 and one MAC section • Resolve Amendment comments • Completed – AWD database 802.16m-09/004r1; New AWD 802.16m-09/010 • Establish Amendment Drafting Groups to review Contributions and, if possible, develop initial text • Appointed 5 Drafting Groups: DL Control; UL Control; MIMO; Synchronization; Channel Coding & HARQ • Groups met, reviewed contributions, and established specific plans for text development for next session IEEE 802.16m-09/0009
