  1. Terms of Reference, Membership and Report ISCB40 Leuven 2019: AGM Wed 17 July ISCB Sub-Committee Student Conference Awards

Received 28 applications (abstracts and summary papers): 8 from the UK; 4 each from Belgium and the Netherlands; 2 each from Ireland, Spain, and USA; 1 each from Bangladesh, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Kenya and Sweden. Double-blind review, equally split between two groups of reviewers Thanks to all members of the SC for judging the applications. Thanks also to the President for approving the selection of applications. Selected applications:

  3. Topics discussed at the SC meeting on Monday, July 15: Number of awards conditional on number of applications we receive? Increase awareness of awardees during the conference: - at least, announce awardees in conference programme and somehow highlight their contribution - may be separate session for award winners? Looking for additional members, with consideration given to insure good representation with respect to area of expertise, country and gender
