Censo 2010 • The 2010 census considers “people with difficulty or permanent limitations” are those who inform to have “ a limitation in daily activities and restrictions in the participation, that arises in a deficiency (for example in seeing, hearing, , grasping objects, understanding, learning, etc.) and that affect a person in a permanent way to carry on in his/her daily life within his/her physical and social environment, (for example in education, leisure activities, at work, etc.)”.This definition allows us to capture those people who hold a disability certificate as well as those who do not hold one, but inform in having some/difficulty/ies or permanent/s limitation/s in seeing, hearing, moving, understanding or learning. Theoretical-conceptual framework: Health World Organization ( WHO) – International Classification of Functioning of Disability and Health, (ICF 2001).Conceptual choices on limitations and permanent difficulties: in order to measure people with disability we need a more specific set of questions as well as the participation of specialized interviewers due to the complexity of disability as a topic.

1st. Pilot Trial We are working to carry out the first Pilot Trial on March, 2014 The selected areas are some segments of high disability prevalence from different provinces in our country. Objectives: • To estimate the sample size • To match and validate the answers of the population Census of the year 2010
