Interline Electronic Ticketing Interline partners selection criteria: • Partner’s intention to issue only e-tickets • Volume of interline business • EDIFACT link availability between E-TKT Data Bases Vladimir Tepikin
Interline Electronic Ticketing - Coordinate General Business Requirements (GBR) with interline partners- Ensure the necessary interline billing systems and processes are in place for ET- Agree with the interline partner on a test plan- Agree with the interline partner on an implementation date Vladimir Tepikin

Eligible Routes The following destinations / flights were chosen for the 1st phase of the implementation: AMS / PS101, 102 BER / PS203, 204 LON / PS501, 502 PAR / PS701, 702 Interline Electronic Ticketing Vladimir Tepikin
Interline Electronic Ticketing Eligible Routes The choice was based on the following criteria: - interline traffic volume with carriers selected for the 1st wave of Interline Electronic Ticketing: • a. main hubs of KL, AF; • b. main transfer points to / from DL, CO, NW; - Departure Control Systems used to handle PS flights: • a. SITA DCS is used by Globe Ground Berlin in TXL; • b. Interactive link to CODECO (AMS, LGW) from PS ETKT server is planned; Vladimir Tepikin

GDS - Update GDS Participation Carrier Agreements (PCA’s) to reflect electronic ticketing - Complete GDS Questionnaire- Agree with the GDS test plan- Agree with the GDS implementation date - The GDS must participate in country’s ARC / BSP - Coordinate with local BSP the start date of ETKT issuance Vladimir Tepikin

Revenue Accounting - ETM (ET lifted report) specifications reviewed - FTP retrieval of ETM data from SITA arranged - Hardware/Software required and in-house system to store ETM determined - Software developed for Revenue Accounting system to process a nightly file of used coupons - Clearing method selection was made for interline partners and BSP/ARC Vladimir Tepikin
First e-ticket on Ukraine International was issued on 26th of October 2005 by Continental Vladimir Tepikin
When the ticket is validated on CO, the itinerary may also include any of CO's interline electronic ticketing partner airlines. Vladimir Tepikin
Electronic Ticketing SITA Press Release: “…On October 19, 2005, Passenger and Travel Solutions activated first interline electronic ticketing implementation between Ukraine International (PS) and Continental Airlines (CO).
