The opportunity • Students • Want feedback • Want the box ticked • Limited opportunities for feedback in busy clinical environments • DOPS is an opportunity for the student to… • Correct their clinical technique • Gain feedback from practising clinician • Have interaction with clinician • We should look for other opportunities to give feedback: • Other Workplace Based Assessments (eg miniCEX) • Other clinical encounters
