  8. HDI(HIGH DENSITY INTERCONNECT) – Ultra fine-geometry multilayer PCB constructed with conductive microvia connections. These boards also usually include buried and/or blind vias and are made by sequential lamination.

  9. BVH is necessary in the electronics industry which demands smaller and smaller via holes to allow High Density Interconnection for high tech products. What is blind via hole?Blind via hole is formed to connect an outer layer with inner layers of multilayer Printed Circuit Board without penetrating the entire board. What is buried via hole?Buried via hole is formed to connect within inner layers of multilayer Printed Circuit Board without extending to outer layers.
