  3. Introduction • The On-line School Management System is designed for the BJIT School. • This system is fully web based.

  4. Objectives: • The system will manage the BJIT School in Online • The system can handle two types of User __ Normal User and __ Admin User

  5. The Normal User can View the Information of BJIT Only. • The Admin User will handle the Internal Processing of BJIT School

  6. The System has two parts System Overview • OFFICE PART • USER PART

  8. This part of the system is for normal user only. The person who is not the employee of BJIT or may want to admit to the BJIT School or have the interest of BJIT may use this part. This part is divided into two sections. These are: • USER PART • INFORMATION Section • ENQUIRY Section

  9. This section provides the all-necessary information of BJIT and also BJIT School. Like…… • About BJIT, • BJIT Ventures, • BJIT Objectives, • Faculty, • Facilities, • More about School. • INFORMATION Section:

  10. • This section takes the information from the user. The User is asked to fill up a Enquiry Form which contains.. • His/Her Basic Information •His/Her Educational Information •His/Her Employment Information • And Why He/She want to Come in BJIT • ENQUIRY Section:

  11. OFFICE PART: This part of the system is for office use only. The employee of the BJIT will handle this part. The Office part is divided into four sections. These are: • ADMISSION Section • ACCOUNT Section • DEPARTMENT Section • ADMINISTRATION Section

  15. • This section is provided for controlling the security of the system. • The administrator of this section is all in all of the whole system. • The admin may create several users with some privileges for each section. No other user can access the secured section. • ADMINISTRATION Section:

  17. Adobe Photoshop for graphics design: • Flash 5 for animations: • Most used tools for animation on the Internet application. • Microsoft FrontPage for page design: • A very easy way for designing the web pages. No needed to be an expert in HTML. AS Design:

As Server Side Scripting: • PHP4 • It is supported by a large number of Internet Service Provider (ISPs) which means that once we have written an application in PHP4, we can easily put it on the Web for anyone to use • Most powerful tool for designing the server side application. • It is Platform Independent that means we can use same code on Windows operating system and Linux operating system etc.
