What is Electrofusion- By Rutland Plastics

Plastic pipes can be joined together using electrofusion by employing fittings that have electric heating components integrated right into them. There are numerous ways to make the electrofusion component, and as a consequence of our research and development, we have patented one of these methods, expanding the possibilities for the straightforward and quick method of combining plastics. Conatct us for more information and inqueries.https://www.rutlandplastics.co.uk/electrofusion/

  2. What is Electrofusion The connecting of MDPE, HDPE, and other plastic pipes through the use of specific fittings with integrated electric heating components is known as electrofusion.

  3. In the Rutland Plastics refined process, a lead-in wire is buried beneath the subsequent coil winding, allowing the design of a single socket with bore connections at the same end. This concept reduces the risk of wires shorting during the welding process, a failure commonly associated with other designs of fittings of this type. • Refined Process • by • rutland plastic
