  2. Board Elections… • Time to start thinking about running! • Applications will be available April 9. • Elections are April 23. • Positions: • Co-Presidents (2) • Secretary • Treasurer • Member at Large (2) • Statistical Secretary

  3. More Cabaret Help • When: • Saturday, April 12  1:30-4:00, 4:00-6:30 - Man silent auction table • Friday, April 11 6:30-7:30pm, Saturday, April 12 1:45-2:30, 6:15-7:00 - Ushers for auditorium • Where: WWS

  4. Taste of Johnson • When: Friday, April 25 • 5:30 - 7:00 (1st Shift) • 7:00 - 8:30 (2nd Shift) • Where: Johnson Elementary School, 2S700 Continental Drive, Warrenville, IL 60555  • What: Helping out with games, events, etc. • 18 Volunteers Needed Per Shift!

  5. Week Of the Young Child Ice Cream Social • When: Friday April 25th, 6:15-8:30 pm • Where: Wheaton Park District Community Center, 1777 S Blanchard Rd • What: Assist with social, hand out ice cream • 8 Volunteers Needed!

  6. Easter Egg Hunt • When: Saturday April 19, 10:00-12:30pm • Where: Cantigny Park, 1s151 N Winfield Rd, Wheaton, IL 60189 • What: Crowd control, crafts, and prizes • 20 Volunteers Needed!

  7. Jefferson Family Fun Fair • When: April 26th • 8-10am - Set up the fair • 10-12- Help run or assist with games, bake sale, bouncy house, petting zoo, balloons, etc. • 12-1pm - Clean up and break down games and clean up inside and outside building.  • Where: Jefferson Early Childhood Center, 130 N. Hazelton Avenue, Wheaton, IL 60187 • 15 Volunteers Needed for each shift!

  8. Willy Wonka Jr. Play Volunteer! • When: • Friday, April 25th - 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. • Saturday, April 26th - 4:00 until 9 p.m. • Sunday, April 27th - 2 p.m. until  7 p.m. • Where: Warrenville Community Building, 3s240 Warren Avenue, Warrenville • What: Helping set up, ushering, etc. • 7 Volunteers Needed for each shift! • Saturday and Sunday food will be provided

  10. Bower Fun Fair and Life-Sized Candyland • When: Fri. April 11 6-8:45pm (25 SPOTS OPEN) • Where: Bower Elementary School in Warrenville • What: People to play the characters in Candyland, help with other games, help with food, etc. Wear Key Club Shirts!

  11. Madison PTA Tag Sale • When: • Fri. April 11 2:15-4pm (1 SPOT) • 4-8:30 pm (9 SPOTS) • Sat. April 12 8:30am-1 pm (5 SPOTS) • Where: Madison Elementary School • What: Helping to set up and sell to help out the PTA.

  12. Cabaret (4 Volunteers Needed) • When: Sat. April 12th 7pm-10pm • Where: WWS Commons • What: Emptying water and recycling cups and bottles, Cleaning up tables, Gathering tablecloths and bagging them for pick up, Cleaning up buffet tables, Helping dads collapse tables and wheel to dock for pick up, Returning tables and chairs to commons, General picking up and returning area to normal

  13. WWS Boys Track Concessions (FULL) • When: • Fri. April 25th • Tues. April 29th • Tues. May 6th • Shifts are 4-6pm and 6-8pm • 2 volunteers per shift • Where: WWS Field House until April, then the Outdoor Track

  14. DONATIONS • April: Paper Collection for HSP. Paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, napkins, paper plates, etc.)
