USB (Universal Serial Bus) Cable: Moves Data from one device to another (Camera to Computer)
Firewire Cable: Moving audio and video specifically from a camera to computer. This has better quality than the USB
VGA (Video Graphics Array): Used for displays and monitors: TV or Computer.
Power Cable: Provides Power to the machine. Depending on the machine will determine the cable.
1/8” Audio Cable: Fits into headphone jacks. Used to capture music from computers.
Composite Cables: Connects DVD and gaming systems to TV. • Yellow is Video • Red is Audio • White is the Universal Audio
Safety • Do NOT wrap body parts into any cable. • Do NOT use cables that are cut, frayed, or broken. • Turn OFF devices before unplugging them. • Unplug devices using the plug, not the cord. • Do NOT bend cord at anytime. • If at any point you see sparks, find a staff member and DO NOT TOUCH!
