  2. Different Frameworks • Important to develop a common framework in Europe drawing from different frameworks and projects • Focused on Career Guidance, does not cover other areas (CEDEFOP) – not possible always to separate

  3. EVGP More than 700 experts took part in validation. • Approved in General Assembly, Bern, September 2003. • International competence framework • http://www.iaevg.org (IAEVG) • http://www.cce-global.org/review-management/evgp (EVGP)

  4. Dilemmas • Customising the framework - Transferabiliy • How to adapt it to national and local contexts, bearing in mind specific aspects • Implication of policy makers and training institutions

  5. Dilemmas • Assessment and Evaluation procedures • Avoid fragmentation of competences (relate all of them) • Accreditation of previous experience?
