Scientists used the microscope to discover that all living things are made up of cells! There are two main types of cells. • Plant Cells • Animal cells
Some living things are only made up of one cell. Others are made up of trillions of cells. An Amoeba is one cell
Just like your body is made up of organs such as the heart and stomach, a cell is made up of structures called organelles. Your organs work to keep you alive; organelles work to keep a cell alive.
After we have finished talking about the organelles, choose a colour and fill in the box beside the organelle, then use the same colour to colour the organelle. Save Green for the chloroplast. Plant cells
