Introducing the Next generation of product knowledge: Training Objectives: • 1st Objective: Given a company terminal with exclusive company software, district level HR managers should be able to identify differences, benefits and features between old and new software with a grade of 85% or better on a qualifying exam. • 2ndObjective: Given a company terminal with exclusive company software, district level HR managers should be able to define the new method by which product knowledge is delivered to the associate in terms of the learner by participating in a group discussion with their constituents within one week from the training. • 3rd Objective: Given an email inquiry or conference call within individual districts, district level HR managers will be confident in their role as a point of reference for their constituents regarding the new software being rolled out throughout the company by answering any question about the new software with confidence.
